- The app is free. If this is the user's first-ever app install, their app store may ask for a credit card to be added to their store account However the user can bypass this step

Employee is not receiving their activation email

- Verify the email is correct
- Check junk/spam boxes
- Add support@dealerrater.com as a safe sender
- An admin can add the employee's mobile number and it will send the account activation to their phones
- Ensure the employee has a profile setup, their email is spelled correctly, and their account has been activated
