App store is asking for a credit card

  • The app is free. If this is the user's first-ever app install, their app store may ask for a credit card to be added to their store account  However the user can bypass this step

Employee is not receiving their activation email


Employee cannot login

  • Verify the email is correct
  • Check junk/spam boxes
  • Add as a safe sender
  • An admin can add the employee's mobile number and it will send the account activation to their phones
  • Ensure the employee has a profile setup, their email is spelled correctly, and their account has been activated
Photo Photo display issues
  • We recommend a .jpg photo of a clear headshot, and less than 1000px. The system will resize automatically.
LotShot Cannot take a photo or access stored photos
  • Go to App Settings in your phone and allow permissions for the app
Training Video Videos stop or cannot play
  • Try using a different browser
