Which staff should participate? We recommend all customer facing staff participate. We encourage you to host a DealerRater Drivers Ed class to help staff start using the DealerRater for Dealers App, LotShot, and training videos.
How are the top 3 staff chosen for display?

Staff will be displayed first by

  • Certified Employee status (employees who are not Certified can still appear, but the sort favors those that are Certified)
  • Highest individual average rating
  • Most reviews within the past 30 days
  • Highest number of overall lifetime reviews
What departments are eligible? Employees must be labeled as either Sales or Internet department on their DealerRater profile to be included
How do you become a Certified Employee? Watch employee training videos, and collect 10 positive reviews each calendar quarter.  Find more details about the Certified Employee program here.
Why do you ask for my mobile phone #? Your mobile number won't be visible to consumers but allows us to send you direct text messages and other communications from prospects that want to connect with you.
