Social Marketing: Settings – Create Lead Responses
Compose and store a bank of common responses you can reuse to quickly reply to Twitter leads.
To utilize these features, your dealership’s Social Media accounts will need to be connected to the tool; find steps for connecting your Social Media accounts here.
Steps to create lead responses:
- Log in to your Dealer Panel with an account which has administrative access for your dealership.
- Select “Social Marketing” from the “360 Panel” heading in the navigation bar along the top of the Dealer Panel; you will be directed into your “Social Marketing” platform.
- Select “Settings” and “Lead Responses” on the left-hand menu.
- Click “Add”
- Enter the response you’d like to save. These responses are limited to 100 characters to ensure the tool can include the Twitter username of the person you are responding to.
- Select ‘Save’ and your response will be available for use
