Facebook Review Syndication
DealerRater provides dealer customers with two ways to syndicate reviews to their dealership Facebook Business page: a Reviews app (can include reviews from other 3rd party sources) and a Wall Post tool (DealerRater reviews only). This integration enables dealers to showcase positive reviews from across the web, and promote quality customer service to their Facebook audience.

What information will be displayed for these dealers?
- On the dealer’s Facebook Reviews App:
- The dealer’s latest reviews will appear in chronological order
- Dealers can customize their App review feed settings in Tools > Testimonial Setup
- Dealers can select additional sites to include in the App review feed, in Tools > Testimonial Setup
- Published via the Facebook Wall Post tool:
- The dealer’s latest review can post automatically or manually to their Wall
- Posts will publish to their Fan's newsfeed
- Automated posts can be customized to require a minimum review score and to cap a maximum number of posts per day
- Classifieds App: add the dealership classifieds to the dealership Facebook page. Instructions can be found here
- LotShot Social: reviewers who submit a LotShot review will be presented with an easy way to share their LotShot photo review to their own Facebook and Twitter social media accounts. (requires enrollment in DealerRater Connections or 360Connect)
