360Connect: Respond to Facebook + Google reviews
Save time and streamline your review management when you respond to Facebook and Google reviews directly from your 360Connect platform.
To respond to reviews, your dealership Facebook or Google My Business account will need to be connected to the tool. Find steps for connecting your Social Media accounts here.
To respond to a Facebook or Google Review:
- Log in to your Dealer Panel with an account which has administrative access for your dealership.
- Select “Reviews” from the “360 Panel” heading in the navigation bar along the top of the Dealer Panel; you will be directed into your “360Connect” platform.
- Navigate to the Facebook or Google reviews you’d like to respond to
- Enter a response. (Need inspiration for a great response? Find sample responses here.)
- Click respond
- Your comment appears on Facebook
- The reviewer will be notified of your response
