COVID-19 Response Messaging
In addition to the best practices outlined in our recent blog post, we have created new ways for your dealership to communicate what you’re doing to keep customers and their families safe during these unprecedented times.
On your Dealer Panel dashboard, you’ll find some new inputs. Since governmental guidelines and restrictions vary from state to state, we’ve provided a variety of options.
The checkboxes will appear as badges in a banner across your Dealer and Service Profile Pages (and your inventory if applicable).
Changes to Sales and Service hours will appear wherever your hours are displayed.
The custom message to your customers will appear in bold above the “About Us” section of your Dealership Profile Page.
Your selections will also appear as filters on dealership and service center search result pages (as well as vehicle search result pages if applicable).
