Personalizing your profile is essential to attracting more leads through DealerRater. If you have edit access for your account, you can edit your profile from the app following the instructions below.

If you do not have edit access, contact your admin to enable edit access.

1) If you have not already downloaded the DealerRater for Dealers app for your android device, please do so here. 

2) Tap the menu icon in the top left corner of the screen.	3) Tap 'Me' from the menu selection screen.

4) From your profile screen, tap the pencil in the top right corner, which will allow you to edit your profile.

5) From here, you can:

• Add or change your profile picture by clicking on the silhouette. Consumers are more likely to select a profile with a profile picture, so it is important to add a profile picture.
• Edit basic information like your name, position, department, email address, gender, how long you have been in the industry, mobile number, what makes you sell, specialties and trainings, languages spoken, and a short bio.

Your mobile number will not be visible to consumers, it is only used by DealerRater to send direct text messages  and other messages from prospects that want to connect with you

• Lastly, remember to tap the save button at the bottom of the screen whenever you make any changes
