How To Reset Your Password
If you or someone at your dealership cannot recall their login information or is having trouble logging in, you can send a password reset email at any time from our 'Account Help' page. Just enter the email address registered to the DealerRater account you wish to reset the password for, and click 'Submit' to have the password reset and a new password sent to you by email.

Once you have submitted the password reset request, an email confirming the login information for the account, including the new password, will be sent to the address you have entered. Please keep in mind that the password field is case sensitive, so any capital letters included will need to be entered that way.
Once you have successfully logged in, you will be able to edit your password at any time by accessing your Dealer Panel and selecting 'Update Password' from the 'Resources' heading in the navigation bar along the top of the Dealer Panel.
