Dealer Panel Resources

The Resources section of the Dealer Panel provides help and training resources for DealerRater. You can access your Dealer Panel Resources by following the instructions below:

 

1.       If you are not already logged into DealerRater, Log in to the Dealer Panel with an account which has administrative access for your dealership.

2.       Scroll your cursor over the “Resources” heading in the navigation bar along the top of the Dealer Panel.

3.       Help Center: This link will take you to the Help Center homepage, where you can find instructions and information about DealerRater and the tools and features available.

4.       Training Videos: this link will take you to DealerRater Training Videos, such as the training videos required to participate in the Certified Employee Program.

·         Employees who do not have administrative access can access the Certified Employee Training Video directly through their User Panel; Employees who have user or Super User access can access the video by following these instructions:

5.       Update Password: click here to update the password used to log in to your DealerRater Account.

6.       Priority Support: click here to access the “Priority Support” form to contact our Client Services Team.
