Dealer Panel: Tools > Online Store

You can purchase additional Rating Reminder Cards or Window Clings at any time, as well as other DealerRater branded products, through the Online Store in your Dealer Panel. Please follow the instructions below to order products through the Online Store:

  1. If you are not already logged into DealerRater, Log in to the Dealer Panel with an account which has administrative access for your dealership.
  2. Select “Online Store” from the “Tools” heading in the navigation bar along the top of the Dealer Panel.
  3. Click “Products”.
  4. Click the "GO: button for “Certified Dealer Point of Sale Materials”.
    • If your dealership participates in our ServiceEngage program, you can order service-specific point-of-sale materials by clicking the “Service Engage Point of Sale Materials” option.
  5. Choose whether your dealership is located in the USA or Canada.
  6. Click the item you wish to order
  7. Select desired quantity, and click “Add to Cart”.
    • You may add other items such as acrylic holders, coasters or co-branded products by clicking the “Add to your Order” button located below the items currently in your cart
  8. Items currently in your cart will be displayed - Click "Check Out" to proceed with your order.
  9. Enter the name of your dealership in the "Dealer Name" field.
  10. Enter your email address in the "Order Contact Email" field.
  11. Click "Check Out >"
  12. In the "Create a New Shipping Address" screen, enter your dealership's shipping information, 
  13. Click "Save" and then click “Continue >”.
  14. Choose your shipping source (free orders should be "Free UPS Ground" and click “Continue >”.
  15. Click "Submit" to place your order.
Once your order has been submitted, you should typically receive your materials within 5 - 7 business days. If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to contact DealerRater Support.
