360 Social Marketing Overview and Linking Accounts

As a 360Connect dealer, you have access to our Social Marketing dashboard. The Overview tab of the Social Marketing tool will display graphs of your followers for each social account that can be linked – Facebook, Twitter, Google+, and LinkedIn, as well as Foursquare. Overview will also include information on posts made to your linked social profiles that may be waiting for a response, as well as potential leads that have been pulled in by the tool.

For the Overview tab to populate and display this information, you’ll need to connect your social media accounts. Below you may find steps to do so:

To connect your dealership’s Facebook account:

1)      Log in to your Dealer Panel with an account which has administrative access for your dealership.

2)       Select “Social Marketing” from the “360 Panel” heading in the navigation bar along the top of the Dealer Panel; you will be directed to the Overview page of the “Social Marketing” section of your 360 Panel.

3)      Select “Settings” on the Social Marketing Overview page.

4)      Select ‘Connect Facebook’ button and log into the administrator account for the dealership page.

5)      Once logged in you’ll be taken back to the Social Marketing Panel and you will see a list of business pages you may select. Choose the correct page and click “add.”

6)      The page will refresh and the tool will begin populating information from the account, which may take 24 to 72 hours.

To connect your dealership’s Twitter account:

1)      Log in to your Dealer Panel with an account which has administrative access for your dealership.

2)       Select “Social Marketing” from the “360 Panel” heading in the navigation bar along the top of the Dealer Panel; you will be directed to the Overview page of the “Social Marketing” section of your 360 Panel.

3)      Select “Settings” on the Social Marketing Overview page.

4)      Select ‘Connect Twitter’ button and log into the dealership’s account.

5)      On the next screen, select the “Authorize App” button.

6)      You will be redirected back to the Social Marketing Panel, and it will begin populating information from the account which may take 24 to 72 hours.

To connect your dealership’s Google+ account:

1)      Log in to your Dealer Panel with an account which has administrative access for your dealership.

2)      Select “Social Marketing” from the “360 Panel” heading in the navigation bar along the top of the Dealer Panel; you will be directed to the Overview page of the “Social Marketing” section of your 360 Panel.

3)      Select “Settings” on the Social Marketing Overview page.

4)      Select the ‘Connect Google+’ button and sign into the account that administers the dealership’s Google+ page.

5)      Click ‘accept’ to allow the tool to access your Google+ account.

6)      Once you have accepted, you’ll be redirected back to the Social Marketing panel where you can choose which page you’d like to link. Select the page and click “add.”

7)      The page will refresh and the tool will begin populating information from the account, which may take 24 to 72 hours.

To connect your dealership’s LinkedIn account:

1)      Log in to your Dealer Panel with an account which has administrative access for your dealership.

2)      Select “Social Marketing” from the “360 Panel” heading in the navigation bar along the top of the Dealer Panel; you will be directed to the Overview page of the “Social Marketing” section of your 360 Panel.

3)      Select “Settings” on the Social Marketing Overview page.

4)      Select the ‘Connect LinkedIn’ button and sign into the account that administers the dealership’s LinkedIn page.

5)      The page will refresh and the tool will begin populating information from the account, which may take 24 to 72 hours.

To connect your dealership’s Foursquare account:

1)      Log in to your Dealer Panel with an account which has administrative access for your dealership.

2)      Select “Social Marketing” from the “360 Panel” heading in the navigation bar along the top of the Dealer Panel; you will be directed to the Overview page of the “Social Marketing” section of your 360 Panel.

3)      Select “Settings” on the Social Marketing Overview page.

4)      Locate the Foursquare URL address for your dealership page.

5)      Copy and paste the URL address into the “Add Venue URL or ID” field, and click “add”. You may also use the “Search for Your Venue” link to locate your Foursquare page.

6)      Once the URL has been added, the tool will begin populating information from that account, which may take 24 to 72 hours.
