360Connect: Executive Reports and Daily Alerts

To manage Executive Reports, follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to your Dealer Panel with an account which has administrative access for your dealership.
  2. Select “Executive Reports” from the “360 Panel” heading in the navigation bar along the top of the Dealer Panel; you will be directed to the “Reports” section of your 360 Panel.
  3. On the “Reports” screen, select the “Edit Report Settings” link in the top right-hand corner.
  4. You may enter up to five email addresses to receive alerts; enter the address you’d like under the “Additional Email Addresses” field.
  5. Choose the frequency - please note, all recipients must be on the same report frequency schedule
  6. Select “Save Settings” – the email address entered will now receive Executive Reports going forward. 

To manage Daily Alerts, follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to your Dealer Panel with an account which has administrative access for your dealership.
  2. Select “Executive Reports” from the “360 Panel” heading in the navigation bar along the top of the Dealer Panel; you will be directed to the “Reports” section of your 360 Panel.
  3. On the “Reports” screen, select the “Edit Report Settings” link in the top right-hand corner.
  4. Click "Manage Your Daily Notification Settings"
  5. Select a recipient, and then toggle on/off the setting for each Instant Email and/or Daily Digest
  6. Repeat for additional recipients as needed
  7. Changes will be saved automatically
