360Connect: Executive Reports and Daily Alerts
To manage Executive Reports, follow the steps below:
- Log in to your Dealer Panel with an account which has administrative access for your dealership.
- Select “Executive Reports” from the “360 Panel” heading in the navigation bar along the top of the Dealer Panel; you will be directed to the “Reports” section of your 360 Panel.
- On the “Reports” screen, select the “Edit Report Settings” link in the top right-hand corner.
- You may enter up to five email addresses to receive alerts; enter the address you’d like under the “Additional Email Addresses” field.
- Choose the frequency - please note, all recipients must be on the same report frequency schedule
- Select “Save Settings” – the email address entered will now receive Executive Reports going forward.
To manage Daily Alerts, follow the steps below:
- Log in to your
Dealer Panel with an account which has administrative access for your
dealership.
- Select
“Executive Reports” from the “360 Panel” heading in the navigation bar along
the top of the Dealer Panel; you will be directed to the “Reports” section of
your 360 Panel.
- On the “Reports” screen,
select the “Edit Report Settings” link in the top right-hand corner.
- Click "Manage Your Daily Notification Settings"
- Select a recipient, and then toggle on/off the setting for each Instant Email and/or Daily Digest
- Repeat for additional recipients as needed
- Changes will be saved automatically
