What to do if the wrong employees are tagged on a review?
Send a Private Response to the Reviewer:
If your dealership has received a review where the wrong employee(s) are "tagged" on the review, we recommend reaching out to the reviewer with a private response to ask them to edit and update their review with the correct employees. Private responses can be sent by any administrative user at the dealership, right from the Review Details page in your Dealer Panel. Use an email template requesting the reviewer edit their review:
Reviewers have the ability to edit and update their reviews, including the employee tagging, at any time after submitting their review. A simple request to the reviewer explaining the importance of reviews to your employees, and asking them to edit their review to correct any error, is typically all that you need. Report the Review:
We understand the frustration of having the wrong employees listed on a review, but just as we cannot make any edits to the content of a review, we are no longer able to edit a review to change which employee(s) are tagged. If you do have a review where the wrong employees is tagged, and the reviewer is unable to update the review, then you can also report the review to our Content Team. Please note that reporting a review does not guarantee any updates: our Content Team must be able to confirm that an employee tag is incorrect in order to make any changes.
